DIRECT SUPPORT WORKERS

THE TALBOT GROUP ARE CURRENTLY WELCOMING APPLICATIONS FOR THE ROLE OF
DIRECT SUPPORT WORKERS.
The primary objective of this role is to work as part of a team to
support and empower our residents to be as independent as possible and
to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.?Direct Support Workers
provide care and support through a person-centred approach which
promotes the persons development and growth, their social inclusion
and active citizenship.
Applicants who wish to apply for the role of Direct Support
Workers?must?hold a FETAC Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support
and have previously worked in a disability setting.
Positions are currently available in our residential services in Navan
and Athboy.
